Shipping Policy

Orders ship 24-48 hours after being placed, unless otherwise noted.  Free standard shipping on orders over $35.00, shipped within the USA, unless otherwise noted. Standard shipping usually arrives within 7 business days.

Specific Delivery Dates

In the Gift Message box at check-out, include dates and we will let you know if we can meet those dates.

Shipping Rates

Orders less than $35.00 will incur a $5.00 shipping charge. Orders over $35.00 ship free.

Shipping Confirmation

Shortly after your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email to track the arrival of your package.

International Shipping

Due to the high cost of international shipping, we can only offer free shipping within the USA. Please email info@TheGiftedRat.com for international shipping questions.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your product, contact us within 30 days to receive a refund (excluding shipping fees). If you received free shipping, we may deduct the shipping fees we incurred to ship the product to you. Please include your order number and reason for return. Contact us at info@TheGiftedRat.com
